Sprocket Store manufactures and supplies power transmission components to engineers across the UK and worldwide. Our range covers chain sprockets in pilot, finished and taper bore, timing and vee belt pulleys, spur, bevel and mitre gears, gear racking, roller chain, wedge and timing belts, taper lock bushes, couplings and the workshop tooling that goes with them.

Stocked references dispatch the same working day when ordered before 15:00. Anything outside the standard range is machined to order — a different bore, an added keyway, induction-hardened teeth or a tooth count that nobody lists. There is no minimum quantity: a single piece is as welcome as a batch of five hundred.

Every part is machined to ±0.01 mm and supplied with material certification and full traceability under our ISO 9001 quality system. Material options include steel EN8, case-hardened and induction-hardened steel, stainless 304 and 316 for washdown and food applications, aluminium and cast iron.

Our technical team are engineers. They will size a drive from your load and speed data, identify a worn part from a photograph, check a chain selection against your duty cycle, or take a CAD file and quote a special by the next working day. Advice before the order matters as much as the part after it.
